Wuxi Excellence Forging is located to the beautiful shore of Lake Tai, which is specialized in manufacturing large-scale forged rings, flanges etc. The company totally covers 40, 000 square meters and enjoys a convenient traffic. It is only about 2 Kilometers′ away to the Huning Expressway′s Access Road, adjacent to Jinghang Canal, and close to the 312 national highways.

The ring like forgings we produced are mainly used in the field of rotary bearing, wind power appliances, flanges used in pressure vessels, large machinery and machine tools, geared rings and so on...

In order to meet the required standard of the products of the market, we are equipped with more than 30 sets of facilities, such as 4, 000 Ton hydraulic press, Φ5000mm radial-axial ring rolling mill, large CNC vertical lathe, Large CNC Gantry Drilling Machine, heat treatment production line, etc. The testing equipments required are as follows: Germany SPECTRO Direct Reading Spectrometer, an ultrasonic flaw detector, low temperature impact testing machine, hardness tester, and metallographic microscope and so on. Depending on these, the quality of all the materials bought and the goods produced can be ensured and all the other special tests can be met.
